By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


2. Products & Availability

All items are subject to availability. Many of our pieces are limited drops.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse or cancel orders (including suspected fraud)

  • Discontinue products without notice

We aim to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but screen settings may vary.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time. If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment.


4. Orders

Customers are responsible for entering the correct:

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Size selection

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please contact us immediately if an error has been made 


5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–7 working days. Usually shipped via Royal Mail, DPD and Fed Ex

During high-demand periods, launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

International orders have a standard delivery time of 7-12 days. Which may be subjected to an additional 7 days due to custom delays.

We sell clothes not Dr*gs. So please email us if you need an update on your order.


6. Exchanges

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

How It Works

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags attached.

What We Offer

Eligible returns will be issued as either:

  • Exchange (size or product swap)
    OR

  • Store credit

Store credit:

  • Is valid for 24 months

  • Is non-transferable

Important

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, odour, or misuse

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence

If confirmed as a genuine manufacturing fault, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Face coverings

  • Any sealed item once opened


9. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, graphics, designs and branding remain the property of NoDaysBad.


10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Courier-related delays

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
